Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment & Booking:

  • 100% advance payment is required for booking.
  • Once purchased, services are non-refundable and non-transferable as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are fully chargeable.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be granted only in case of service non-availability.
  • Processing time for refunds: 7-14 working days.
